Volunteers Connect – Honoring Operation Blessing’s Partners in Service and Missions

PASIG CITY – CBN Asia humanitarian Arm, Operation Blessing Foundation, Inc. (OB) expressed its thanks to the volunteers for their time and services through Volunteers Connect on February 23, 2019. A day dedicated to honor all people and organizations who partnered and supported OB’s mission.

Aspiring volunteers also came to meet and bond with the OB staff and shared stories with the other experienced volunteers.

Funfair games, a photo wall, and raffles made the event more exciting. A history corner showed OB’s journey through the years and a merchandise booth was set to showcase shirts and livelihood products from OB beneficiaries that people can buy.

“I went alone but I never felt lonely because I met lovely people. I am looking forward to be part of Operation Blessing’s activities in the coming days,” blurbed Cid Maldecir as she reposted OB’s post in Facebook.

Moreover, CBN Asia EVP-COO John Tan expressed the need to work alongside each other after he shared OB’s accomplishments.

Indeed, OB wouldn’t be successful in extending God’s blessing to our many kababayans without volunteers and people who supported the mission of inspiring change and transforming lives.

As what CBN Asia President Peter Kairuz said, “Thanking you, [volunteers], is not enough.”

In behalf of OB, we would like to thank you for investing your time, your resources, and your effort to be God’s hands and feet to those who cannot help themselves, who have no access to basic support, who are victims of natural calamities, and who are in the bondage of poverty and hopelessness.

Join us in doing more of this. To know more about what OB does, visit www.obphil.com or call (+632) 8-477-7802 to 06.
