No Life is Too Dark for God | Ronald Jordan Story

Instead of love and care, Ronald Jordan grew up with cruelty and physical abuse from his father.

As a child, he would often wake up to find his arms and feet tied. This fueled Ronald’s hate toward his father. He swore he would hurt and kill his father when he grows up.

To pacify the hatred and fill the emptiness brought about by his father’s doing, Ronald joined gangs where he felt strong, powerful, and confident that someone got his back in times of trouble.

Ronald’s life went downhill as he continued to engage in gang fights. When he was cast out of their place, he met a man who introduced him to a different version of brotherhood – one that serves a godly purpose.

Ronald’s life shows that there is no life too dark that God cannot shine His light into. His life that was once motivated by hate was changed to a life filled with the love of God. This love inspired him to forgive his father.

His surrendered life is now instrumental for people who were once lost but are waiting to be found. He now belongs to a brotherhood that does not rely on fist power but on the power and love of God.

Here’s God’s promise in Ezekiel 36:26, “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”
