In case you receive damaged, defective or incorrect item/s, do let us know within the allowable replacement period and we will be glad to replace the item with no other charges to you.
Any defective, incorrect or damaged item can be returned and replaced with the same item within 30 days of shipment date. In case the item to be replaced is out-of-stock, you may choose another equivalent or similar value item from our catalog. We regret we cannot replace damaged item if damage was caused by improper or negligent handling of the product by the recipient nor can we replace any item with another item if the former was received in good condition.
