  Send your donation in 5 easy steps by visiting any of ML Kwarta Padala’s 1,400 branches nationwide. Here’s how: 1.  Fill out a Customer’s Information Sheet with your name, address, contact number, signature, and amount of your donation. 2.  Don’t forget to write “CBN Asia” on the Receiver’s Name, and “donation” on the Purpose of Transaction. 3.  You can tell us your prayer requests and answered prayers by writing on the Remarks area of the form. 4.  Submit completed Customer’s Information Sheet with your donation to the cashier. 5.  Make sure to get a copy of the form as proof of your donation.
