“My Home is in Heaven. I’m just Traveling through this World” – Billy Graham

Billy Graham once said this famous line and he has gone home on Wednesday morning,  February 21, 2018 at the age of 99 in his residence in Montreat, NC.

“He just wore out,” Billy’s personal physician, Lucian Rice, shared on a CBN News report.

Many grieved at the news, especially those whose lives were touched by Billy’s passion and words.

William Franklin Graham Jr., commonly known as Billy Graham is a renowned Christian evangelist who changed the world with his burning passion for Jesus Christ and his relentless desire to share His word to millions of people around the world.

Born on November 7, 1918, Billy surrendered his life to Christ at the age of 16 through the ministry of evangelist Mordecai Ham.

This is the beginning of Billy’s journey in bringing countless of people to Christ.

Using different platforms like, radio, television, film, books, and the internet, he reached out and shared the Gospel of Christ to almost 215 million people in more than 185 countries and territories.

He held missions, commonly known as crusades, to places and offered prayer and counsel to numerous presidents.

Billy Graham may have finished his time on earth but he left a priceless legacy to millions of people around the world. Surely, he will be remembered.

Most of all, the way he purposely spent his life preaching about the salvation of Jesus Christ surely earned him a heavenly reward that no prize on earth could ever match.

Now he is home bound, hearing the words of his Father in heaven saying, “Well done, my good and faithful servant!”
