Managing your Finances and Good Stewardship | Financial Tips

Managing your finances is one of the ways to live out God’s command on good stewardship.

For Miriam Quiambao, wise budgeting is a must for every Christian.

10% of a person’s income must go to Tithes for the church. As it is said in Malachi 3:10, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”

The rest of a person’s gross income may then be divided to the following: Growth fund for investment, education, necessities, charities, and long-term savings. Allotment for play can also be set for travelling and buying other things that are meant for your enjoyment.

God blesses a person who has been faithful with the things entrusted to him.
