Hope in Wheels | Operation Blessing Medical Missions – Bolinao, Pangasinan

In partnership with JAC Liner, Operation Blessing (OB) conducted medical missions in Bolinao, Pangasinan on July 20-24 of 2016. Known for going to places with little access to medical facilities, OB catered to our kababayans who are in need of immediate medical help and those who cannot afford medical procedures. A total number of 1,278 individuals were blessed with the medical missions.

Merlyn is just one of the thousands of people who came hopeful to the medical missions. Assisting her husband Teofilo who suffered from stroke, she came wishing that they could be blessed with a new wheelchair to help her husband move around. But then, God gave Merlyn  beyond what she was hoping for.

Ynes spent her every day inside the 4 walls of their home. Muscular Dystrophy limited her movements. She has not stepped out of their home for 37 years, missing the chance to see different places around her.

Watch how God used Operation Blessing to extend hope and love to Merlyn, Ynes, and to the community in Bolinao, Pangasinan. See how He shows His children that amidst the situation we might be facing, He’s listening to our prayers.

The blessing that the people of Bolinao, Pangasinan received came from the deeper understanding of what the Love of God has for us through your generosity. The Lord wants us to know that even though we go through life’s challenges, His love is ever present. There is always hope in every situation.
